Our Story

Our story is simple. We are ranchers. We are stewards of the land. We take great pride in creating safe and wholesome food for our customers, friends and family.

111 Beef Republic is located in Bridgeport, Texas. Our nearly 5,000 acres boasts native grasses, natural water and abundant wildlife.

We believe in the handshake. Though the world has change and we’re selling beef online, we still believe it is people doing business with people. Let’s get to know each other. Trey & Lexi Yates – owners

New Mexico natives, Trey & Lexi fell in love with the Bridgeport, Texas ranch in 2015. They quickly assembled a team of big dreamers to manage and handle daily operations. Trey is a product of the 4-H & FFA beef cattle project and invests heavily in our youth. While they are at the ranch you can count on a gathering around the pit or cowboy cauldron – of course featuring great beef.


Eric & Marissa Drager - Ranch Manager & Beef Republic Manager

Along with their kids, Ethan, Maddox and Maesa, they live and serve the ranch on a daily basis. Eric works with the guys on management and daily decisions, while Marissa spends the majority of her time wrangling kids and operating 111 Beef Republic in all facets.


Zane Drager & Alan Petzold - Cattle Herd Managers 

You won’t find a more dedicated group to ensure health and optimal nutrition for our cattle. Alan can cook up some of the best steaks around. The rest of us can make sure we’re on time to supper when he does!
