One of our favorite cuts! Originally made famous in California, Tri-Tip can be difficult to find in some parts of the country.
Best seared on direct heat for 2 1/2 minutes on each side then finished on non-direct heat until desired internal temperature. The old-school Weber charcoal grill is our favorite tool.
