Lisa's Simple Spuds

Older sisters have a multitude of life hacks - at least mine does. Maybe I hit the jackpot, or maybe it really is an oldest sibling thing? Either way I'm thankful!

Below is a simple recipe from my sister Lisa that's become not only a ranch favorite but also a Bridgeport favorite after debuting at the Taste Bridgeport event last fall.

It's simple, quick and sure to please a crowd of any size. Just don't come at me for the calories!

INGREDIENTS:

1 bags frozen diced potatoes

2 TBSP shredded onion (you can get the frozen)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 TBSP lowrys seasoned saltt

1/2 TBSP pepper

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup melted butter

+ a bit of milk to thin out wet ingredients

Mix all wet ingredients + spices and cheese together first then fold in frozen potatoes. Dump into a 9x13 baking dish and pop in a 350 degree oven for 45 min or until bubbly and brown. Enjoy!
